A mandatory non-refundable session fee of KSh 11 is charged to open a private communication channel with an agent. Final service pricing is agreed upon directly in the private chatroom.
Verified agents pay a verification badge fee and submit verification credentials. CyberKonnect reserves the right to revoke verification status if fraudulent activity or policy breaches occur.
Payments made for services are held securely in escrow until the customer confirms completion. Disputed orders are handled by CyberKonnect support agents via the support portal.
